With a diverse background spanning real estate development, investment advisory, and small business consulting, Pete is known for his strategic clarity, practical problem-solving, and commitment to delivering measurable impact. Joseph Grimes

Co-Founder

Joseph Grimes is a marketing strategist and operations leader with over five years of experience in social media management, marketing, and corporate support. As Co-Founder and Partner at MCW MFP LLC and Executive Vice President at MCW Global Partners, Joey oversees day-to-day operations across marketing, administration, and internal systems. He has successfully led branding initiatives and digital campaigns for multi-state companies in construction, investment, fashion, and health & beauty. Known for his creativity, leadership, and strategic vision, Joey brings a hands-on, growth-minded approach to every project he supports.

Operations Manager

Jennifer Doherty is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong background in property management, retail, and HOA/CAM financial operations. Jennifer holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Financial and Managerial Accounting from Hillsborough Community College and is currently advancing her expertise through continued education in Financial Management. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her a valued member of the financial operations team.

Jay Gonzalez is a talented illustrator, 3D modeler, and graphic designer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Interactive Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
